Absolutely, should you find it somewhere cheaper than us, WhatsApp or email us to get a better quote.

We list products as cheaply as we possibly can.

Once your order is completed and fully paid, the invoice will be sent to your email with Order confirmation. 

We try not to send out printed invoices (hardcopy) with orders to be eco-friendly.

Yes, we have access to a very large supplier network. Simply contact us and let us know what you are looking for.

RETURNS INFORMATION

No need to panic, just email us and we will assist you quickly. You’ll be responsible to keep the product safely in its original packaging state.

Please contact us immediately to let us know of the issue you are experiencing. You’re responsible to contact us within 2 Days after delivery has taken place.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Order tracking details will be provided to you over email. We will send you periodical updates of your order as new actions happen.

Shipping insurance is optional but we would recommend you to take it for an extra charge of 2% of order value. Orders with value of R1000 and below do not require insurance as it’s covered by our couriers.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs) into our FNB account. We begin processing your order once your payment clears. Orders will not be shipped until your payment has cleared in our account.

We offer up to 5% EFT discounts.
